Flexibility, strength assessment, and bike fit using the method designed by Bill Edwards, Olympic Cyclist Coach. Includes video analysis and electromyography of your muscle output to identify specific muscle recruitment druing each phase of the pedal stroke.

Running Mechanics Video Analysis
Any runner of any distance can benefit from technique improvements. The faster you run or the longer distance you run the more biomechanics and muscle recruitment timing can play a role in your success. If you are seeking a PR or you have a persistent injury, the first step to meeting your goal is getting a video motion analysis where our experts in motion science will perform a frame-by-frame analysis of your running to determine efficiency, power production, and quality of mechanics in all phases of your run. This service is included in some aspects of formal physical therapy and is available as an a-la-carte service for well athletes.
Surface Electromyography (S-EMG)
This is a specialty movement analysis test using electrodes placed on the skin to determine timing and volume of muscle contraction. This test may be requested by your physician or care team to determine faulty movement patterns perpetuating a condition or to ensure flawless physical performance when high demands are placed on the tissue as in athletics.
