Keeping You Safe From COVID-19

Please Note

We continue to adhere to CDC and public health recommendations to stop the spread of COVID. Regardless of state or local government regulations, we require properly worn face coverings, social distancing, and temperature checks for everyone entering our clinic.

Our top priority is the health and safety of our patients and staff, and consistency is one of the most important aspects of ensuring successful outcomes for physical therapy.

That’s why in addition to our long-established and diligently maintained safety and sanitation protocols we’ve made some changes to ensure our clients can get the physical therapy care they need while adhering to or exceeding the recommended best practices to prevent transmission, including:

  • enhancing our already industry-leading safety protocols by increasing the frequency with which we disinfect our equipment and common areas
  • screening everyone who enters the clinic for possible risk factors, including temperature checks and questions about recent travel, symptoms, and other exposure risks
  • requiring all patients and staff to use hand sanitizer and wear masks and gloves (If you don’t have them, we will provide them!)
  • staggering visits and adjusting the layout of our facilities to allow for strict physical distancing between patients
installing glass dividers to minimize the risk between patients and office staff
  • constantly monitoring information and updates from the CDC, the City of Houston, the Texas Department of State Health Services and the World Health Organization to ensure we remain proactive and on the leading edge in our response
